This refill kit is ideal for producing high-quality buttons with a diameter of 30 mm. The prerequisite is that you use the Bandai® Button Maker.
Our button parts are custom-made and fully compatible with the Badge It! Buttonmaker
These are complete sets of button blanks packaged in an attractively designed box. Each button set consists of a metal top, a metal bottom with an inserted safety pin, clear film, and printable button paper.

For home use and designing small, custom buttons, the Badge IT! Buttonmaker is an alternative to expensive professional machines! This "toy" lets you gain initial experience.
We have therefore produced special 30 mm button material in various packaging units for the Badge Maker machine, which is fully compatible with the Badge It! Badge Maker. The visible area of the buttons is 3 cm. The paper insert has a diameter of 4.5 cm and is wrapped or pressed around the button by the Button Maker along with the glossy foil.

| The safety pin is already integrated into the back and is “pressed in”, thus sitting firmly in the finished button and can be attached much more closely to clothing. |
The pin is connected to the button by pushing a plastic plug, on which the pin is mounted, into a hole on the back of the button. If you then consciously or unconsciously pull on the button, it will tear off the pin. |
| The safety pin sits in a fixed position in the finished button and can no longer be turned. |
The pin can be adjusted later. However, it also tends to rotate around the pin attachment. |

Instructions for using the refill pack

Print your own button designs or hand-draw your artwork on blank A4 paper sheets with micro-perforated inserts. Remove the inserts by tearing the perforation line with your fingers. |

Take the front shell of a button and place it flat-side up in drawer number 1. Place your paper insert on top and cover it with the plastic (Mylar) wrap. Slide the drawer in, hold the machine in place, and turn the dial clockwise until you hear a loud click and the indicator reaches position 1.
Then turn the dial counterclockwise until the indicator reaches the start position. The button is now out of sight in the badge maker. |

Place the button facing up, with the needle pointing down, back into drawer number 2 and repeat the turning process to display position 2. |

Finally, turn counterclockwise to the start position, pull out the drawer and your button is ready for you! |
